RETURN POLICY
1. Returns
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

2. Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us
at colin@watchoffthecuff.com with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
3. Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items will be identified as such at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping
To return the item you purchased, please contact us at colin@watchoffthecuff.com for the appropriate return address.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
JAKOB EITAN 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Jakob Eitan watches are warranted by Watch off the Cuff for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Jakob Eitan warranty covers manufacturing or material defects existing at the time of purchase. The warranty is valid only when accompanied by a fully dated and complete warranty card.
In the case of a valid warranty claim the item will be repaired or replaced, at the sole discretion of Watch off the Cuff. Liability arising from the supply of said products, or their use, shall not in any case exceed the direct cost of repair or replacement to correct any defect that may arise within the warranty period.
This warranty is limited and shall be in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty does not cover items not related to manufacturing or material defects and includes but is not limited to:
- The life of the battery;
- Incorrect use of the watch and any damage resulting from lack of care, abuse, negligence or accidents including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, knocks, cracked or broken crystals, etc.;
- Normal wear and tear and aging, including but not limited to, scratches, changes in colour, peeling, fraying, etc.;
- Indirect or consequential damages of any kind;
- Handling by non-authorized persons, including but not limited to, battery replacement, service or repair, or alteration of any kind.
